Marmam ~ the Healing Touch

The most powerful healing technique of Ayurveda

Marma therapy is a centuries-old Ayurvedic healing technique that works with 107 vital points on the body — where muscles, bones, joints, nerves, and blood vessels intersect. By applying gentle, precise pressure to these points, Marma therapy aims to release blocked energy (prana), reduce pain, and restore balance to the body's natural systems.

It's a painless, non-invasive practice that has been used in traditional Indian medicine for thousands of years to support healing, reduce stress, and improve overall vitality.

Marma therapy is a complementary practice rooted in traditional Ayurvedic medicine.

What to Expect in a Session

  • Each session is typically about 10 mts long

  • The client experiences deeper relaxation with each session as the blockages start opening.

  • It is done clothed, without oil, seated and lying down.

  • Number of sessions that are typically recommended would depend on the intensity & duration of the health challenge.

  • Apoorva has undergone multiple advanced level trainings in Marma from the traditional masters, since 2016. In addition to experiencing the benefits of Ayurveda in his own life, he has organized multiple three days Ayurveda workshops since 2018.
